There’s no more perfect time than today to filter through your circle, honestly. Make sure your friends aren’t taking advantage of all you have to give. The rose-colored glasses are on right now, and sometimes we all need a reminder to look into the facts and the emotions. If someone isn’t acting in accordance with your prefered ethics, or they’re making you feel less than — it’s time to reevaluate. Odds are you’ll be able to articulate your words well, but just make sure that you’re not getting too emotional about things. If you’re not careful, your more primitave mind will take over the experience, and conversations regarding boundaries won’t go as well as you’d hoped.

If you’ve been experimenting with your spirituality, this is your sign to keep going. This transit helps us connect with all things religious and metaphysical. The only thing is making sure that you’re not getting grandiose or losing yourself in a spiritual psychosis of sorts. I can see this transit being especially helpful and insightful folks looking to heal from religious trauma, and transmuting that side of themselves into something unique and beautiful. Now is definitely the time to reclaim that space in your heart.

With Saturn’s very recent shift, conversations with our psyche or ego might be rumbling around in our mind’s eye. Be cautious of negative self-talk, or ruminating thoughts. Don’t daydream of the past, and romanticize what once was. We all have the tendency to remember the good, more than we take not of the bad. There’s a reason why you walked away, grew, or took a different path — trust yourself.

Participating in community, and sharing bits and pieces of yourself will go well. Just make sure you’re not trauma dumping and airing too much that leaves you walking away from the conversation feeling depleted. On the contrary, make sure that you’re not taking on too much of other people’s ideas, items, or concerns.

Know that if things are feeling, heavy, tense, or a bit too energetic — it’ll calm down shortly. Mars, the Moon, and Saturn are all captivated by energetic fire — thus you are too. Dip your toes into the water to help combat this frequency. Cleansing baths, cooling herbs like nettles and slippery elm, and meditation. Right now it’s all about filling your cup the best you can, even if that means taking 3 minutes to stand in the shower and watch what ails you fall down into the drain.

The summer solstice is right around the corner, and wow who else is feeling it? The warmth, both energetically and mentally, is welcomed after the stiffness of winter. The summer solstice marks the Sun’s ingress into Cancer, a cardinal water sign ruled by the Moon. It’s the longest day of the year; the peak of solar light in the Northern Hemisphere. It’s a sacred hinge point when life feels full, ripe, and illuminated. Astrologically, this is a potent turning of the wheel, inviting both celebration and deep emotional attunement.

Start thinking about what you want to shed light on during this time of year. What is blooming in your inner world? Where do you feel the call to nurture or be nurtured? This is a time to honor the growth you've cultivated and to hold space for what is still unfolding.

It makes me think of these tiny cucumbers unfolding in the garden. Ideas manifesting their way into the physical. Tiny little seeds were planted months ago, finally bursting with potential. We’re more connected with nature than we often realize at first glance. I remember my wife sowing these seeds, and now we’re about to see the garden pop off with bright colors and savory treats.
