Plus, members of the Inner Circle can go through the paywall and dive into this week’s spell focus — honey jars — perfect for that Venus retrograde coming up!

Feb 27 | Activate your intuition
New Moon in Pisces
A perfectly timed new moon to push you in the right direction this Pisces season. Expect the Sun, Moon, Saturn, Mercury, and Neptune to all be in the same house. If you’re thinking “That’s a little crowded”, then you’re absolutley dialed in. Yes, lots of energy is flowing together, and you might even feel it overflowing out of the Piscean cup of soup we’re all swimming in.
Take a moment to evaluate the relationships around you, especially more intimate ones. Are these relationships draining, or empowering you to live up to your dreams? Be wary of folks coming out of the woodwork and testing your boundaries. Keep your eyes open for deception, diving too deep into fantasy, and escapism. Balance out any insecurities with plenty of time to reflect and see truths for what they are.
⚠️ This New Moon amplifies dreams, intuition, and emotional sensitivity, but it also blurs reality. Are you seeing things as they are, or as you wish them to be?
Mar 1 | Be bold with your truth
Venus moves retrograde in Aries
Another retrograde planet enters the mix, encouraging even more transformation (if you’re ready for it, or not.) While Mars retrograde has been testing our vitality, this will be more of a reworking of creative forces. You can expect a change in mind frame about creation, manifestation, relationships, and your relationship to reception. Of course, these changes can be delivered in a multitude of ways, so knowing your natal chart will help predict where these reworkings will show themselves.
It’s important not to put pressure on yourself, or be tied to a certain outcome. This is more of a time for experimentation. Try surrounding yourself with groups of people that expand your mind and make you feel seen. Try speaking your truth and see how healed your heart feels. Dive into creating a relationship with your intuition and practice listening to it. While retrogrades can be uncomfortable, they often show us things that we’ve been missing along the way. Look for ways that you can correct course and live in the moment.
⚠️ This retrograde may challenge your relationship with self-worth, assertiveness, and creative power.
🔮Tool of the week
Reconnencting back to nature
You’ve heard me time and time again mention meditation. It’s a non-negotiable within a spiritual practice. Most of my clients struggle with it, but just because you have an imperfect practice doesn’t mean that it’s not worth fighting for. This month, I want you to dedicate a minimum of 3 days a week to meditating in nature.
Ideally, sit in the same place each time, and see what comes up. Notice what plants are around you, listen to what the wind might be saying, or recognize if you’re making a few avian friends along the way. If sitting is too much, try taking a walk minus distractions like your headphones or phone calls. Stay consistent, but also don’t commit to more than what you’re capable of. I know most of us are defrosting from winter, and it might be a little chilly, so try to choose a time that’s sunny if you can.
The best part is I’m going to be joining you in this practice. My meditation routine needs a revamp, which is normal for many of us, but we somehow feel shame about it. I’ll be here to support you and answer any questions you might have along the way. To keep yourself motivated, try setting an intention or a goal for your meditation this month. Make sure it’s attainable and within your wheelhouse. My intention for this practice is to connect with nature on a deeper level, specifically, the flora and fauna in my neighborhood. Try not to come into this with any hard rules. Let your eyes be open, or closed.
Set a minimum timer for sitting, and if you’d like to go for more time, do it. Just practice being.
Keep your mind and heart open to whatever comes to you. Bring a little journal, and jot down any ideas, images, or words that feel important. But also, if all you have is your notes app on your phone, don’t be discouraged from using that, just make sure you don’t get distracted.
Make sure you connect with me on Instagram to follow along this journey. Don’t be afraid to message me with what your practice looks like, or share any downloads that excite you!

Dreaming of Ostara
We’re less than a month away from Ostara. This marks the start of spring, and acts as a kind reminder of how powerful renewal is. I encourage you to explore these themes within yourself. Aligning my life with the trees and nature has been deeply healing. Following the flow of the seasons gives me permission to pause, release, and experience a deep richness in life. Watching the trees gain their leaves and loose them every year inspires me to do somewhat of the same.
Between now and then, we’ll be deep cleaning, and putting all of our errorts toward building up our garden. We’ve been slowly collecting free and discounted items on second hand resale sites to build a backyard garden of abundance. Seeds are currently being planted in the greenhouse, and construction of the new raised beds has been mapped out. It’s all coming together! Pictured above is one of the stakes to mark where our new raised bed will be! We’re quadrupling our gardening space this year, which is no easy feat!
🌕Lunar ritual🌘
Water, flame, and reflection
New moons have a way of pulling the psychological into the physical, making the unseen seen. This one? Exceptionally potent — especially if you’re not actively working with the metaphysical forces at play.
With Jupiterian energy steering the ship, don’t be afraid to go big. Get comfortable asking for what you truly want. This new moon ritual is intimate, powerful, and might even push you outside your comfort zone. But that’s where growth happens, right?
The best time to do this ritual is on the night of the lunation, but if you’re short on time, anytime while the moon is still in Pisces will work. You won’t need much, just about 30 minutes and your bathroom. Shower rituals are one of my favorite ways to incorporate water into my practice because they’re convenient yet deeply effective. Here, we’re working with water, fire, and air to call something significant into being.
1. Set the space with candlelight
Light candles, one by one, and with each flame, call something in. It could be a feeling, a sensation, an ancestral guide, or a memory. Light as many as you feel drawn to (bonus points if you can illuminate the entire bathroom by candlelight.) Sit with the flickering flames for a moment before stepping into the shower. Feel the power in the room already.
2. Cleanse and align
If ritual bathing is new to you, here’s a simple guideline:
Move down your body to release.
Move up your body to call in.
Your most powerful tool here is your imagination. Visualize what you’re letting go of rinsing down the drain, making space for something more aligned to enter your vessel. Keep your thoughts and mantras simple.
3. Mirror work: "I am"
Once you step out of the shower, with the steam still swirling around you and the candles still burning, stand in front of the mirror. Finish the sentence: “I am…”
At first, it might feel a little awkward. That’s okay. The stars are backing you, and the energy of the candles is here to assist. Play with the wording, making sure the words deeply resonate with your being and make sure you look yourself in the eyes. If you need some inspriation, think along the lines of something like:
I am comfortable with money flowing toward me.
I am a force to be reckoned with.
I am exactly where I need to be.
I am safe, secure, and loved.
When you’re finished, snuff out the candles instead of blowing them out, this ensures you’re keeping the energy you just built.
Take note of how you feel afterward, especially in the days that follow. This ritual is designed to open doors so pay attention to what walks through them.
